Berm removal reimbursement application

Yukon government is removing berms placed in Marsh Lake in 2021.

If you live in Marsh Lake and had a berm placed on or in front of your property, Yukon government needs permission to access your property and remove the berm. Owners of the eligible properties who have removed their berm segments themselves or paid a contractor to provide demobilization services, may be eligible for compensation.
