Evaluating the policy

Learn more about how the Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy will be monitored and evaluated.

Monitor and Review Committee

The Monitor and Review Committee assesses the progress of the Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy in achieving its objectives. They aim to increase the effectiveness of the Yukon First Nations Procurement Policy.

The Monitor and Review Committee includes industry, Yukon First Nations and Government of Yukon representatives. The committee:

  • analyzes data;
  • monitors outcomes; and
  • provides recommendations to the Government of Yukon.

Each year the committee will release an annual report. It will highlight the committee’s work and any key findings and recommendations.

The Monitor and Review Committee is aligning its reporting schedule with the Government of Yukon’s fiscal year. Because of this, the next annual report will be released in summer 2024.
