Travel assistance for victims of gender-based violence

Do you need transportation to leave an unsafe situation? We can help.

Travel assistance is available for victims of intimate partner violence, sexualized violence, and violence against 2SLGBTQ+ individuals.

Help is available for victims of all genders and ages including those with children and/or dependents, and those with disabilities  or needing an escort.

This funding is made possible thanks to a historic bilateral funding agreement announced last year between the Government of Yukon and Government of Canada under the National Action Plan to End Gender-Based Violence.
