We are holding a land lottery for 21 country residential lots in the Lone Tree subdivision.

The deadline to enter the lottery is Friday, September 6 at 4:30 pm.

Deadline to apply

You must submit your application by Friday, September 6, 2024, at 4:30 pm.

Submit your application

Applications – must – be submitted at our district office in Teslin located at kilometer 1246 Alaska Highway.

The office is open for applications:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm; and
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

We recommend contacting the office at 867-390-2531 to ensure staff are available to receive your application.

Prepare your application

  1. Download and complete the lottery application form.
  2. Include the required payments.
    • Non-refundable application fee of $26.25 ($25 plus GST) by cheque, cash, debit card or credit card; and
    • $300 deposit in cash or cheque only.

When is the draw?

We’ll draw for the lottery on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. We’ll livestream the draw online for public viewing. Check back for details closer to the draw date.

If you’re selected for a lot

Once we notify you of your success in the lottery, you’ll have 24 hours to accept the lot offered to you. If you do not accept the lot, you forfeit the lot and your $300 deposit.

If you accept the lot, you have 14 days from when we notify you to:

  • pay the required minimum down payment; and
  • enter into an agreement for sale with us.

Requirements for title

If you enter into an agreement for sale with us, you must meet the requirements of your contract to get title to the lot. The requirements include:

meeting the building commitment; and
paying for the lot in full.

Pick up your deposit

You, or the person you named as your representative, can pick up your $300 deposit between September 24 and October 8, 2024.

You must delegate a representative when you submit your application form. To pick up your deposit, you or your representative must:

  • present government-issued photo identification; and
  • sign for the deposit.
