This service provides medically supported services to help people more safely pause or stop using drugs or alcohol. Withdrawal management services can offer a connection to supports when people want to make a change in their life.

Counselling services
Counsellors provide screening, assessment and counselling support to clients for a wide range of mental wellness and substance use challenges. Individual and group counselling are available. You can expect an individual counselling appointment within 72 hours of your call.

Child, youth and family services
This team will provide services to meet the needs of children, youth and families. These services include early intervention, crisis management, assessment, counselling, outreach, family therapy and case management.

Intensive treatment programs
These programs provide addictions treatment and mental wellness support to people who require a live-in environment, or to people who would like to live at home and access group-based treatment. Programs are available for all genders and intake is ongoing.

Psychiatric Outreach Program
This program provides assessment, treatment, case management and outreach support to clients with a mental illness such as schizophrenia, bi-polar and psychosis. The Psychiatric Outreach Program includes the following services:
- Early Psychosis Intervention for people between the ages of 15 and 30 who have received a new diagnosis of psychosis, schizophrenia or bipolar; and
- the Mental Health Transitional Treatment Residence that provides a supported living environment to help people regain their ability to live independently.
