Wildland Fire Management is the wildfire response body of the Government of Yukon. Its mandate is to protect life, property, infrastructure and to facilitate the creation of wildfire resilient Yukon communities.
Wildland Fire Management also manages burn permits, coordinates community wildfire protection planning, and provides wildfire updates to the public.
