What kind of meeting rooms are available?

Whitehorse Public Library has one meeting room that seats 44 (maximum 50 standing). This is called the "whole room". This space can be split into two sides to accommodate simultaneous use by groups of 22 or fewer. One side has access to the computer and smart screen (Fireweed) and one side has access to the sink and white board (Lupine).

Whitehorse Public Library also has 2 study "pods". One is a single booth, and the other can fit up to two people.

When you arrive

Pick up the key from the librarian upstairs. You will need your library card.

You may re-arrange the meeting room(s) as long as you are not blocking any exits.  Staff do not set up the room. Staff can sometimes help with equipment when time allows. Food and drink are permitted.

When you leave

Return the key to the librarian. Leave the space as you found it. Staff do not clean up dirty dishes or garbage.
