Cooperative Associations Act change of statutory timelines

This deputy minister directive changes the statutory timelines for cooperative associations to meet their legal and reporting requirements. It's unknown when the COVID-19 state of emergency will end. We've therefore set a new deadline of April 1, 2021, for filings due between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2021, to help prevent these organizations from falling too far behind and help protect and support them in managing their governance, operations and relations with their stakeholders.
