Partnership and Business Names Act change of statutory timelines

This deputy minister direction changes the deadline for submitting annual and periodic reports and name renewals that were due to be filed between January 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021 to April 1, 2021. This is to help limited partnerships can meet their legal and reporting requirements, and businesses and partnerships can renew and protect their business names.
