We held a land lottery for 86 single family lots, in Whitehorse.
The lots are located on
- Flora Avenue, Witch Hazel Drive, Quick Street, Omega Street and Leota Street (Phase 7)
The draw was held at 9:15 am on May 16, 2024. The results are available here.
We are continuing to use the draw list to offer lots. Additional tickets were drawn to extend the list. The draw list will be used to offer lots until June 28, 2024, at which time it will be declared null and void. Any lots that remain unsold after the final offers expire will be sold over the counter on a first-come, first-served basis.
