The Government of Yukon held a tender for:
- 41 townhouse lots (sold as 9 sites in groups of 3, 4, 5 or 6 lots) in Phase 7;
- 2 multi-family lots in Phase 7; and
- 6 townhouse lots (sold as 1 site) in Phase 6A.
The lots are located on Witch Hazel Drive
The deadline to enter was Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 4:30 pm. The results of the tender are available online here.

Submit a bid for the tender
Deadline to bid
The deadline to bid was Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 4:30 pm.
Prepare your bid
- Download and complete the tender bid form.
- Include the tender bid deposit.
- Provide the supporting documents, as described in the tender package.
- Seal the above items in an envelope clearly labelled with the bidder’s name and lot or site number.
Submit your bid
You must submit your bid and complete tender bid form in a sealed envelope in person at the Land Management Branch. The branch is in room 320 of the Elijah Smith Building, 300 Main Street, in Whitehorse. The branch is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
When will the tender open?
The tender was opened on May 14, 2024. The results are now available online here.
If you’re successful
If you’re a successful bidder, you have until May 28, 2024, at 4:30 pm to enter an agreement for sale.
Pick up your deposit
If you are not a successful bidder, we’ll hold your bid in trust to maintain your priority for the lot. When all lots have been purchased, you can pick up your bid deposit between May 29 to June 12, 2024 at the application office.
To collect your deposit, you or the person you’ve authorized must:
- present government-issued photo identification; and
- sign for the deposit.
