Submit a bid
Eligibility
To register a bid you must:
- complete and submit the tender bid form;
- be at least 19 years old, if applying as an individual;
- pay the application fees; and
- show government issued photo identification at the time of submitting a bid, if applying as an individual.
If you are applying as a business, you must also provide valid documents. These include:
- a valid Yukon Incorporation Certificate or proof of Yukon registration; and
- a valid business licence, if you are applying as a business.
Prepare your bid
- Download and complete the tender bid form.
- Include the tender bid deposit.
- Seal the above items in an envelope clearly labelled with your name and lot or site number.
Deadline to apply
The deadline to submit a bid was Friday, October 4, 2024, at 4:30 pm.
Submit your bid
You can submit your bid in person or by mail:
- In person: Bring your sealed bid envelope to the Land Management Branch, room 320, Elijah Smith Building, 300 Main Street, Whitehorse. The branch is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- By mail: Follow the instructions in the lottery package to submit your bid by mail.
When will the tender open?
The bids were opened on October 9, 2024.

If you’re successful
If you’re the successful bidder, you have until October 23, 2024, at 4:30 pm to enter an agreement for sale.
Pick up your deposit
If you are not a successful bidder you can pick up your bid deposit between October 23, 2024, and November 6, 2024. To pick up your deposit, you must:
- present government-issued photo identification; and
- sign for the deposit.
